We woke up to -28 degrees here this morning. Not to happy about the kids having to wait for the bus in that cold of weather. Don't get me wrong.... yes, we are from Minnesota and are a very hardy bunch up here but even that is alittle too cold to have your kids outside. So we drove them them to school and I still made them bundle up. Good thing I got Sara's new hat done last night so she could wear it today!
Yes, even -28 degrees we still wear t-shirts....well my kids do anyways. It's the second hat I have made for her this year. I love knitting hats...they are so quick!
Here is the first hat I made for her. It's the Bella's Eclipse Hat. She wore all the time until I got this new one done and now uses the Bella hat for the stable.
I love that my kids like to wear the stuff I make them!
Until next time~

Very cute -- and warm I bet!

Seeing those you love, wear something you made with your own hands...gosh, it just warms you from the inside out! Stay warm and happy knitting!
